The Swedish law gives the customer a right of withdrawal within 14 days upon reception for products ordered in an online store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with the seal unbroken . No refunds are given for used or opened products. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer pays for the return shipping cost.
